The only real good thing is that it has a lifetime warranty.......

Don't know. I was considering replacing them and the one for the rear too.

1) Take the new master cylinder out.
2) Install new truck around master cylinder.
3) Regain sanity.

Yep. That is what is on there now. I just looked at it and with no vacuum the pedal goes 1/2 way down and is spongy so there is still some air in it somewhere.

I give up..... We (nephew and I) have tried every way that we know of to bleed the brakes. That includes the jar method, someone pumping the pedal and another opening the bleeders, and using a vacuum bleeder. The amount of fluid we went through would be measured in GALLONS not quarts just today. We also have gone so far as to try FOUR different master cylinders, changed the combination and RWAL valves, even went so far as to get and install another set of calipers. If we block off the rear brakes (leave the front brakes hooked up) the pedal is spongy and goes to the floor the first time you press on it. If we plug the front brakes (with the rear brakes hooked up) the pedal is high and firm. The pedal is low and it will float to the floor no matter what we did. Hell, we even tried another vacuum booster just to see if that would help. We both are at a total loss with this.........
